The SkyRC S65neo is an AC charger and discharger that fits in one hand at 84 x 84 x 45.3 mm and 200 g, yet delivers 65 W of charging power at up to 10 A charge current. It runs straight from the mains at 100 to 240 V, so no separate power supply is required.

It charges LiPo, LiHV, Li-ion and LiFe with 2 to 4 cells, NiMH and NiCd with 6 to 8 cells and Pb batteries with 3 or 6 cells (6 or 12 V). The pack connects to the XT60 main port, the balance lead to the balance port next to it, and a dedicated socket for the temperature sensor sits on the same side.

Ten amps from a housing this size

At up to 10 A of charge current a pack is ready again considerably sooner than on a 6 A charger. This is made possible by a synchronous rectification circuit that raises efficiency and reduces waste heat. Main output and balance port monitor every single cell while charging; balance current is 500 mA maximum.

Charge, discharge, cycle, store

Lithium packs can be run in Balance Charge, Charge, Storage and Discharge, NiMH and NiCd additionally in Re-Peak and the cycle programs Cycle_C_D and Cycle_D_C, which run one to three charge/discharge passes to refresh a pack. Pb batteries are charged normally, as AGM or in cold charge mode. Discharging runs at 0.1 to 2 A; because the balance port works alongside the main output, the charger reaches up to 10 W of discharge power.

Internal resistance and Battery Meter

The Battery Meter shows total pack voltage, individual cell voltages and internal resistance – useful for spotting a fading pack before it shows up in a race.

Menu languages are English, German, French, Spanish, Chinese and Japanese, with English as the factory setting. The SkyRC T120 Pico is an AC charger with two fully independent charging circuits: two batteries of different chemistries can be charged at the same time, each with its own settings. Measuring 90 x 70 x 106 mm and weighing 355 g, it delivers 60 W per channel – 120 W of charging power in total – at up to 6 A charge current.

Both channels carry their XT60 output and balance socket on the front panel, so batteries are plugged in from the front. The charger handles LiPo, LiHV, Li-ion and LiFe with 2 to 4 cells, NiMH and NiCd with 6 to 8 cells and Pb batteries with 3 or 6 cells – the latter with an AGM mode and a cold charge mode for low temperatures alongside normal charging.

Precise control, down to every cell

Charging is governed by an Arm Cortex-M3 processor that keeps the selected values stable even under full load. Main output and balance port work together and monitor the voltage of every single cell throughout the charging process; balance current is 500 mA maximum.

Ze meten nu 60 mm in plaats van 64 mm. Dit verbetert de rijeigenschappen, hoewel het totale nut afneemt simpelweg omdat de band kleiner is. De resulterende bodemvrijheid is—met de juiste afstelling—perfect geschikt voor races, maar het voertuig is niet langer geschikt voor offroad-gebruik.
De overbrengingsverhouding van de versnellingsvermindering verandert hierdoor, afhankelijk van de banddiameter die je eerder gebruikte. Houd hier alsjeblieft rekening mee!

De BB-02 combineert een authentiek race-ontwerp met indrukwekkende off-road prestaties. Volg bij gebruik van verf en/of lijm (niet inbegrepen in de bouwdoos) de bijbehorende instructies op. Houd de bouwdoos buiten bereik van kleine kinderen. Voorkom dat kinderen onderdelen in hun mond stoppen of plastic zakken over hun hoofd trekken.
WAARSCHUWINGEN:

Lees en begrijp alle instructies voordat u met de montage begint. Als een kind het model in elkaar zet, dient ook een toezichthoudende volwassene de montage-instructies te lezen.

Bij de montage van de bouwdoos wordt gebruikgemaakt van gereedschap, waaronder messen. Wees uiterst voorzichtig om letsel te voorkomen.

Mochten er tijdens de montage problemen ontstaan, raadpleeg dan een toezichthoudende volwassene, een modelbouwer met RC-ervaring of een speciaalzaak.

Gebruik gereedschap alleen waarvoor het bedoeld is. Onjuist gebruik brengt risico op letsel met zich mee.

- Lengte: 454 mm, breedte: 204 mm (met dubbele draagarmophanging voor) / 225 mm (met dubbele wishbone-ophanging voor), hoogte: 180 mm. Wielbasis: 283 mm.
- De nieuw ontworpen, 1,0 mm dikke polycarbonaat carrosserie is een replica van een op racen gerichte Kever, voorzien van verbrede spatborden voor en achter en een open motorruimte (motorkap achter verwijderd).
- De rolkooi zorgt voor chassisstijfheid en beschermt de bestuurdersfiguren.
- Extra verlichting, koplampen en achterlichten zijn realistisch vormgegeven. Er worden zwarte lichtbehuizingen meegeleverd die geschikt zijn voor apart verkrijgbare LED's.
- Figuren van bestuurder en bijrijder* (zittend), voorzien van integraalhelmen en specifieke armdelen, zijn inbegrepen.
*De bestuurder en bijrijder (evenals hun naamstickers) zijn vrouwelijk.
- Speciaal voor deze bouwdoos zijn onderscheidende stickers ontworpen.
- Realistische details zoals een raamnet, brandblusser, versnellingspook, stuurwiel, luchtfilter, poelie, geluiddemper en uitlaatpijpen dragen bij aan de authenticiteit.

BB-02 Chassis:
- Het BB-02 chassis met achterwielaandrijving heeft een kuipconstructie met wielkasten voor en achter die het model tegen stof beschermen.
- De behuizing voor de RC-componenten is onder de figuren van de bestuurder en bijrijder gemonteerd. - Het accupakket is in de lengterichting geplaatst en de motor is achterin gemonteerd, wat zorgt voor een optimale gewichtsverdeling.
- De gesloten versnellingsbak bevat een kogeldifferentieel; de aandrijfassen zijn voorzien van beschermhoezen, wat garant staat voor betrouwbare offroad-prestaties. - De onafhankelijke wielophanging op alle vier de wielen maakt aan de voorzijde gebruik van dubbele draagarmen.

De dubbele draagarmen voor en de draagarmen achter zijn afgeleid van het model 58719 1/10 RC BBX (BB-01).
- Dubbele draagarmen voor: een ophangingstype dat veel voorkomt bij echte voertuigen / langere armen en een grotere veerweg / stabiel rijgedrag in rechte lijn / geschikt voor vlakke circuits met een losse ondergrond.
- Dubbele draagarmen voor: gebruikelijk bij voertuigen in de "Unlimited"-klasse / lange armen zorgen voor uitstekende tractie / stabiel gedrag bij sprongen / geschikt voor offroad-circuits.
- Adaptieve schokdempers minimaliseren olielekkage. Wanneer de zuiger beweegt, verandert de oliekeerring van vorm, waardoor lucht via een opening kan ontsnappen en het olie-verlies wordt beperkt.
- Het accupakket kan via de onderkant van het chassis worden geplaatst door het bijbehorende luik te openen.
- De wielen met zeskantmeenemer zijn voorzien van banden met ribprofiel aan de voorzijde (voor koersstabiliteit) en banden met blokprofiel aan de achterzijde (voor veel grip).

Het ontwerp van de wielen met zeskantmeenemer komt overeen met dat van het model 58719 1/10 RC BBX (BB-01). De banden zijn ook afkomstig van model 58719 1/10 RC BBX (BB-01)
